Spiritual direction is a safe place to reflect on and share your experiences of God, prayer life, choices, fears and hopes. It is an opportunity to talk about what is happening in your heart and soul. The spiritual director is there to companion you on your journey and to be an active listener, to reflect back what was heard and how this seems to be related to your experience of God. The spiritual director can help you learn new or different ways to pray.
